General Terms & Conditions:

• New Bookings/extension of current bookings that are not reported/intimated to office by customers are not considered and office is not responsibile for those.
• Time & Kms will be opened & closed at our office (10+10 Kms minimum, may vary depending on distance from office).
• Parking charges(Airport/Railway/Bus Station, Shopping malls, etc.,.), Toll tax, permit charges, border taxes will be charged at actuals.
• Out-station : Number of days will be calculated as calendar days.
• Driver Betta will be charged before 06.00hrs after 22.00hrs at local duty.
• Service tax/Other taxes will be extra on the total bill as applicable.
• If booking is cancelled after vehicle has left from the office then cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the 5Hrs/50Kms basic minimum charge Rs 750.00(Charges may vary depending on vehicle hired).
• Ghat road charges may be applicable depending on the route and the vehicle choosen.
• Tariff specified for Airport Pick-up and drop are valid only within the city limits, any further will be charged extra.
• Mid-night driver charges will be Rs 200.00 extra.
• All disputes are subject to Visakhapatnam Jurisdiction only.
• Tariff's are subject to change without prior notice.
